The application is chased and the client informed of the planning officer assigned and the progress through the system. REAPPLICATION
Sometimes a second application will need to be made. This is free of charge and is generally required due to changes greater than the planning officer will accept due to the time restraints.
BUILDING APPLICATION
Once planning is obtained construction drawings are prepared and details are discussed. Electrical layouts are added as well as specifications and schedules. Extend can offer advise and suggest web sites to visit to help clients make decisions.
