The prices are generally charged in two half's, planning and building permission.
The prices include structural calculations again depending on size, complexity.
We make all the applications and negotiations on your behalf.
Calculations can be undertaken on their own starting from £100.
Double storey side extension £1500
Single storey rear extension £1000
Loft conversion £1200
New build house £3000
Although all parts of England and Wales are covered distances beyond a half hour dive are charged at £35 per housr.
